★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 文明開化以降日本の発展の中心の一部であった地域の基調と言うか役割というか、そういうものを受け止めた時間と空間にマッチした良いデザインだと思います。周囲の道がもう少し広いとランドマーク的な性格がもっとはっきり出るのでしょうけれども、現状は全体像が見えづらいという欠点はありますね。いずれにしても中央区はこうしたシックな或は冷静な建物を建てているように感じます。他に色々思うところある方もいるとは思いますが、もっと極端に賛否両論のような建築物を建ててしまう地方自治体に比べたらずっと良いと思います。
あくまでも見た目の感想としてですけれども･･･
I think that it is a good design that matches the time and space that catches such things as the keynote or role of the area that has been part of the development center of Japan since the civilization began. If the surrounding road is a little wider, the landmark character will be more apparent, but the drawback is that it is hard to see the whole picture at the moment. In any case, Chuo Ward feels like building such a chic or cool building. I think there are many other things to think about, but I think it's much better than a local government that builds more pros and cons of buildings.
It's just a visual impression...
