A share house where you can stay overnight, a coaking space where you can feel the warmth of people, and another house in Koenji! I think it would be interesting to have a cotton candy shop or a bookstore at the eaves and interact with the local community, and it would be interesting to see Kosugiyu changing into various spaces. ☺️ Four stars in the hope that it will become a place for further evolution! ?

I like it because it's comfortable because I can work quietly while feeling the presence of people! If you get tired, it is best to relax on the tatami mats on the 2nd floor or take a refreshing bath in Kosugiyu. Occasionally, the staff will give you fruits, which makes you feel at home.

It is the best location for public baths and bath lovers, as you can walk to Kosugiyu in 10 seconds after work. The open kitchen on the 1st floor has almost everything you need for cooking, except for the ingredients, which is very useful.
