子供の頃から4○年、本門寺にお墓参りすると必ず相模屋さんで久寿餅を買って帰りました。3年前に閉店と聞いて2度と食べられないって思ってました。ところが久しぶりにお墓参りにきたら「藤乃屋」さん?あの味が食べられるの?‥お店の方に聞いたら親族との事、早速買って帰りました。子供の頃に食べた素朴で美味しい久寿餅の復活!いやそれ以上でした。是非、永くお店を続けて下さい。お墓参りや仕事で通る際は必ず寄らせて頂きます。

黒蜜の甘さはしつこくなく、餅はあまりモチモチしすぎず、味はコクがあり素朴な味わいです。相模屋時代からあまり変わっていないような気がします。私は池上でくず餅を買うならここに決めてます。

池上がくず餅発祥の地と聞いて以来 時々買ってしまうのですが、 藤乃屋さんに入ったのは初めてでした。 以前テレビで紹介された浅野屋さんで食べたり買ったり、また池田屋さんのは少し日持ちがするので、遠方の方へのお土産にしたりしていました。 この日、朝早めで浅野屋本店は閉まっており、 池田屋さんは開いてたのですが、お客さんがまだいない中、藤乃屋さんだけ店頭買いする人が次々ときていたので、友人と入店してみることに。 席数は少ないながら温かいおもてなしで、ほっこり。400円のくず餅美味しく頂きました。 関西のくず餅に比べ池上のは固めで、やっと慣れてきたのですが、 持ち帰りより柔らかく美味しく感じたのは接客のせいかな?お店によって多少固さの違いがあるのかな? 美味しかったです。

池上の久寿餅と言えば、浅野屋と池田屋、相模屋が有名でしたが、その相模屋の屋号が藤乃屋と変わりました。 相模屋は2018年1月に1696年からの歴史を一旦閉じ、同年3月に藤乃屋となりました。相模屋の店主だった方は叔母にあたるとのこと。 藤乃屋の久寿餅は浅野屋と似た歯ごたえがありますが、酸味は少なめです。きな粉も浅野屋に似て香りと風味が濃いのが特徴ですが、浅野屋と違い黒蜜は濃い目です。 個人的には、久寿餅に食べやすく切れ目が入っていると良いと思いますが、それは好き好きかと。 消費期限は浅野屋同様に2日程です。

申し訳無いですが、すぐ近くの元祖の店と比較してしまいます。 藤乃屋さんの方が葛餅の弾力が有り味も濃厚!黒蜜・きな粉も格上です! 土産様の箱も上品で、土産様も藤乃屋さんの方が喜ばれると思います。 元祖を名のる店は、場所柄だけだと思います。
