道路沿いにある窓を開けて、こんにちはー！と声を掛けると、奥から女将さんが出てきてくれて、注文を聞いてくれます。
しっかりと豆の味がする、お豆腐が美味しいのはもちろんのこと、私のおすすめは、生湯葉です！
豆腐に比べれば安くはないものの、女将さんが「お刺身で食べてね」と推すほど濃厚でしっかりとした歯ごたえ。これ食べたさに、お豆腐を買いに行くこともあります。
私のミスなのですが、初めて買いに行ったとき、女将さんが耳が遠いことに気づかず、絹豆腐と生湯葉、厚揚げを頼んで帰宅したら、厚揚げではなく油揚げが入っていました。
女将さんが袋に入れているときにちょうど財布からお金を出そうとしていて私が気付かず。油揚げ、おいしくいただきました！
厚揚げは2度目の来店でちゃんと買うことができました。厚揚げも美味しかったです。
今度からは大きな声でハッキリとお伝えするようにします。

The tofu tastes good and the tofu is delicious, but my recommendation is raw yuba!
Although it is not cheap compared to tofu, it is rich and firm and chewy enough for a landlady to suggest "eat with sashimi." When I eat this, I sometimes go to buy tofu.
It was my mistake, but when I went to the shop for the first time, I didn't notice that my lady was too distant, and when I came home with silk tofu, raw yuba, and thick fried food, it was oil fried rather than thick fried.
I wasn't even aware that the landlady was just trying to get money out of the wallet when she was in the bag. Deep fried and delicious!
Atsage was able to be bought properly at the second visit. The thick fried food was also delicious.
From now on, I will tell you clearly in a loud voice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔ながらのの手作りのお豆腐屋さん。シンプルに大豆を味わえる豆腐と豆腐加工品の数々。絹、木綿、どちらも味濃く美味しい。癖のない豆腐本来の味と食感が楽しめる。絹揚げとがんもどきは更に豆腐の凝縮した味わいを楽しめる。必ず食べてほしい。あと、黒胡麻豆腐、白胡麻豆腐、それぞれの厚揚げは他ではない美味しいさです。油揚げも女将さんの揚げ具合が絶妙で、しっかり揚げてあって、そのまま焼いて食べても、出汁を含ませても美味しい。全て丁寧な仕事をされていて、素晴らしいです。豆腐が好きな方には是非訪れてほしいお豆腐屋さん。近所に住めて幸せです。

ここの商品はどれも間違いないです。
特に豆乳！
これは昨年初めて知ったのですが、ビックリするほど美味しい！
豆乳に抵抗がある人でも大丈夫だと思う。
チャック式のパックに入っているので、持ち帰りでもその場でも飲めます。
暑い日は冷えてる豆乳が最高！
