★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2日連続で猛暑日から開放された岡山市内、そろそろ秋の足音が聞こえて来そうですね^^ 曇り空の中をランチに訪れたのは厚生町の「ホーム 中華菜館」さん、幹線道から中に入った脇道沿い．．．かなり分かり難い立地であります！
店内はテーブル席オンリー、居抜き物件ではなくビル一階を改装された印象です。お昼はスレンダーな女性スタッフ（店主？）さんが一人で切り盛りされていました。
注文は日替わり（756円）、待つこと15分ほどで配膳、今日は麻婆茄子丼と鶏から、卵スープも付いています！
麻婆茄子丼、スライスされた大きな茄子がいっぱい入っていますね！ ひき肉が茄子の量に比べて少ないのが玉に瑕ですが辛味もあり白ごはんが進みます。鶏からは中サイズが4個、揚げたてで美味しかったです。
定番の中華定食が600円前後で沢山ラインナップ、一品アテもリーズナブル価格になっていましたので宵呑みも良さげな”ホーム 中華菜館”さんでした(*^-^)

Orders change daily (756 yen), wait for about 15 minutes to serve, and today we have eggplant soup from Mao eggplant bowl and chicken!
It contains a lot of Mao eggplant bowls and large sliced eggplants! Minced meat is less than the amount of eggplant, but it has a spicy taste and white rice goes on. There were 4 medium-sized chickens, which were freshly fried and delicious.
The standard Chinese set meal was around 600 yen, and there was a lot of lineup, and the one-off dish was also reasonably priced, so it was a good evening drink at "Home Chuka Restaurant" (* ^-^)

An "at home" feel as the name would suggest with a very good variety of staple Chinese foods like sweet and sour pork and stir fried noodles (staples for an American anyway?) and very reasonable prices. The cashew and chicken is great. Very nice staff but seating is limited (~about 24 in the entire place max). Go.
