M	Mimura Koji on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この日は中華料理が食べたいという友人に付き合い、大供表町の「桃の華」さんにお邪魔しました。水道局前の信号から一本中に入った場所にあり、佇まいは一軒家を改装したちょっとした隠れ家料亭です。中は思っていたよりは広く、4人掛け×3、6人掛けがひとつ。他には個室もあるようでした。料理は友人と各々が食べたい料理を注文しすべてシェア。何も言わなくても取り皿を二つ付けてくれた店員さんの心遣いが嬉しいです。とりあえずこれは食べないとと注文した四川風麻婆豆腐。口に運ぶと最初は甘いです、しかし食べているとじわじわと辛さを感じてきて、いつのまにか汗をかいてしまっています。ひき肉の旨味をたっぷりで白ご飯が欲しくなりましたね。五目炒飯は質の良い具がたっぷり、えびもぷりぷりです。パラパラに炒められていて非常に高いレベルでまとまった品。あんかけ焼きそばは具材を丁寧に油通ししてあるのでしょう、野菜一つ一つにしっかり野菜本来の甘みと風味が閉じ込められていて、あんに包まれていてもしっかりと存在を主張しています。酢豚の野菜もあんかけ同様、非常に美味。豚肉は岡山県産桃太郎ポークを使用とのことで、一般的な酢豚に使用されている豚肉とは柔らかさが段違いでした。 On this day, I met a friend who wanted to eat Chinese food and visited "Momo no Hana" in Daikuomotemachi. M	Masako Tsutano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前およばれで高級コースをいただきとても美味しかったのでランチにも行き、今回はアラカルトいただきに夜訪問。 2人で行ったのでこのくらい食べるとお腹いっぱいになってしまい、まだ食べてみたいものもあったけれどギブアップ。まぁしかしどれも美味しくて大満足(^^) ランチでいただいた麻婆豆腐は所謂他店でも味わえる感じの麻婆豆腐でしたが、今回いただいた塩麻婆豆腐は、あっさりの中にも辛さがきちんとある、初めて味わう味わいでとても感動しました。炒飯も本当これぞ炒飯と言う感じの正当派。入っていたエビにもお肉にもしっかりと味付けがされていていいアクセントになっていました。次は違うお料理を食べたいぞ〜 I had a high-class course before, so it was very delicious, so I went to lunch and this time I visited a la carte at night.
