★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 居酒屋と名うってますが、お洒落な料理と店内。10人程でコースを注文しましたが、鍋と揚げて串を何品かずつ分けて持ってきてくれ、それぞれ個人に刺身・バーニャカウダ等あり、満足なラインナップ。酒にも力を入れているようなので、次回は単品注文で入店したい。
Although it is called a izakaya, it has stylish food and a restaurant. I ordered the course with about 10 people, but I took pots and fried skewers and brought them separately, each with individual sashimi, bagna cauda etc., a satisfactory lineup. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 名前に一目惚れして、何の情報もなくぶらりと入りました。店主の人柄が料理に表れていて、、本当に美味しく楽しい時間を過ごす事が出来ました。
本日食べたのは、刺身三点盛り(ハマチ 鯛 〆鯖)で、ハマチも鯛もブリブリでとても鮮度が良く酒がすすみました(写真忘れました。スミマセン)。〆鯖は鯖の個性を殺さずに優しい下味と爽やかな酢〆でした。香川県だけあって、醤油もかなり吟味されて刺身に合ってました。
厚切り牛タンの厚切り焼きも牛のハツ刺しも絶品でした。ハツ刺しは初めて食べました。薄くスライスしたハツに軽く塩をふり、万能ネギと白ゴマ、胡麻油をたっぷりとかけて600円とは思えない仕上がりで大満足でした。 刺身が美味しすぎて、はじめに頼んだビールを少し後悔しました。刺身を頼む時は、日本酒をおすすめしたいです。

I ate three-point sashimi (Hamachi 鯛 〆 鯖) today, and both the hamachi and strawberry were bribris and the sake was very fresh (I forgot the photo. The persimmon had a gentle undertone and a refreshing vinegar without sacrificing the personality of the persimmon. There was only Kagawa Prefecture, soy sauce was also carefully examined and matched with sashimi.
Thick-sliced thick beef tongue and beef sashimi were exquisite. I ate the first sashimi. We lightly salted the thinly sliced heart, and covered all-purpose green onions, white sesame and sesame oil. I regretted the beer I ordered first because the sashimi was so delicious. I would like to recommend sake when I ask for sashimi.
