蒲田駅西口 → 工学院通りを抜けた先にある鯛系ラーメン屋さんです。 塩と醤油スープにはそれぞれ「淡麗」と「濃厚」がありますが、薄味を好むお年頃なので淡麗タイプにしました。 若干、舌に残る感じはするものの、良い塩梅のスープだと思います。ほぐした鯛もトッピングとして美味しいです。
Kamata Station West Exit → It is a sea bream ramen shop located at the end of Kogakuin Street. There are two types of salt and soy sauce soup, "tanrei" and "rich", respectively, but I chose the tankei type because I am an old man who likes light taste. 鯛塩らーめんと鯛茶漬けのセットをいただきました。食券を購入して注文するタイプです。鯛の旨味をしっかり感じられるのに臭みがなくてとても食べやすかったです。丁寧にした処理している姿が浮かびました。値段の割に量がちょっと物足りなかったので美味しかったですが☆3です。

海の味がするラーメン。鯛といっても上品ではなくワイルド方向。推しの淡麗塩でもおとなしいのは見た目だけ。濃厚しょうゆは鶏が濃くさらに潮が濃くなる気がする。ちょっとのってくる鯛の炙り身が地味にうれしい。お茶漬けにわさび大事。子ども用フォークあり。

Exquisite, delicious, heavenly, phenomenal. medai (sea bream) rāmen. Their signature bowl is the ship (salt) rāmen with rich broth, their #1 seller and the dish that earned them a spotlight, rave review in “東京ラーメンWalker2018” mook. I have tried that bowl, as well as the salt rāmen with creamy broth and the shoyu (soy sauce) rāmen. The best of the three is the signature bowl with rich broth, though the creamy broth is delightful as well. Clearly a lot of time is spent making the broth from medai stock, and a few chunks of grilled medai top the dish off. Smells and looks wonderful, and tastes every bit as good as it smells and appears. A sensory delight. Phenomenal. Easy five stars!
