もともと地元スーパーなどに卸を専門にされていたそうです。
焼きたてのみかさを食べていただきたいと、7.8年ほど前から直売所をされてるそうです。
みかさは全て手作業で作られ、もっちりとした生地としっかりとした甘さがお茶にマッチします。
月曜火曜木曜はその場でやきたてを頂けるそうです。
また夏には最中アイス、これもマイナス何十度の冷凍庫で従業員が手詰めで作られてるそうです！

餡がぎっしり詰まった和スイートポテトがとっても美味しかったです。
