いつも子供の遊び声が聞こえる中で神様も笑っていらっしゃるのだろうと想像してしまいました。
社務所は、無いので御朱印は、いただけないと思われます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小さな公園の敷地内にある神社で、御祭神は誉田別命（ホンダワケノミコト）です。豊臣秀吉が朝鮮出征に向かう際、伊達政宗に従った留守政景（留守家18代）が近江八幡の分霊を奉祀し、帰還後この地に八幡神社として御社を建てた事が始まりの様です。

It seems that when Toyotomi Hideyoshi headed for the Korean embarkation, an absent-door politician (an 18-year-old absentee) following the Masamune Date devoted the spirit of Omihachiman and built the shrine here as a Hachiman shrine after returning.
