菊	菊地修三 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日高神社は奥州市水沢に鎮座する火防（ひぶせ）の神を祀る社として有名です。春の例大祭（4/29）には着飾った早乙女達が囃子屋台の上で小太鼓を打鳴らす日高神社火防祭は、京都祇園祭に流を組む300年の伝統芸能です。境内には源義家が安倍貞任を討ち、その太刀を洗った場所と伝わる「太刀洗川の碑」が有ります。また、姥杉と呼ばれる2本の御神木の杉が聳えてます。その一本は前九年の役で安倍一族を征討した事を祝す宴が開かれた際に、源義家が使った杉の箸を地面に刺した物が根付いて巨木になったという伝説があり、別名「義家杉」とも呼ばれます。 Hitaka Shrine is famous as a shrine that enshrines the god of fire protection (Hibuse) enshrined in Mizusawa, Oshu City. In the precincts, there is a "Tachiarai River Monument" that is said to be the place where Minamoto no Yoshiie defeated Abe no Sadato and washed his sword. In addition, there are two shinboku cedars called "Masugi". One of them is a legend that when a feast was held to celebrate the conquest of the Abe clan in the role of the previous nine years, the thing that stabbed the cedar chopsticks used by Minamoto no Yoshiie on the ground took root and became a giant tree. と	となりのトトロ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鳥居をくぐってから目の前に杉の木があり、その大きさに圧倒されます。水沢市指定天然記念物だそうです。拝殿の周りは大きい杉の木やもみじの木々がたくさんあり、とても涼しく風がよく通る気持ちの良い場所でした。末社もたくさんあり、瑞山神社もありました。こちらの御朱印もいただけました。 After passing through the torii, there is a cedar tree in front of you and you will be overwhelmed by its size. K	KAZU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回は１月５日の遅めの初詣。以前は祖父母と暮らしていたので隣町なので毎年のように祖母と初詣に来ていました。入り口の鳥居が新しくなっていますね。ここ最近は初詣といえば塩竃神社に行っていたので久しぶりの初詣です。派手さや豪華さはありませんが質実剛健といった雰囲気です。私の名付け親がこちらの神主さんです。祖父が親交があり祖父と父が初孫、初子供で命名を譲り合わず当時の神主さんが仲裁に入り名付けてくれた経緯です。祖父の家には池があり鯉を飼っていましたが私が取ってきたザリガニを池に入れたりしたために鯉を全て日高神社に寄付した事もありました。ここに来る度に祖父の鯉を探したものです。大きさや見所は少ないですが神聖な凛とした場所です。 This time is the late first visit on January 5th.
