N	N S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 料理4000円くらいのコース＋単品で焼き蟹（2000円位）追加。焼き蟹は、解凍した茹で蟹をバーナーで炙ったのか？身は冷めており、表面だけ焦げてる。身もバサバサになって殻に張り付き、乾いていた。単品は追加して失敗。コースは値段相応（カニはスーパーのカニと変わらない） Cooking course of about 4000 yen + grilled crab (about 2000 yen) added as a single item. よ	よっしーふうむ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長野市で蟹を食べたいと思う時には、ここに行きます。法事他の集まりにも利用していますが、コロナ禍の為、久しぶりに行きました。会席のコースにしたのですが、鉄板焼きの蟹の小さいこと…それを誤魔化すかのように、マスの切身が入っていたのにはガッカリ。何故にマス？？お刺身も、前はもっと新鮮だったのに、鰆のたたき？みたいなのが付いていたり、茶碗蒸しも蓋を開けたらグチャグチャになっていたりで、色々残念でした。コースでは満足できないので、タラバステーキとズワイガニ刺身を注文してやっと満足出来た感じです。前より質が落ちた気がします。 When I want to eat crab in Nagano city, I go here. It was a shame because it had something like that, and the chawanmushi was messy when the lid was opened. I wasn't satisfied with the course, so I ordered the king crab steak and snow crab sashimi and finally I was satisfied. I feel that the quality is lower than before.
