ですが頼んでもないのに勝手に新車購入の見積もりを持ってこられはっきり言って時間の無駄でした。
2回目はエアコンの修理の診断を
お願いしたのですが、まず
車を預けた代車が自転車
まだきいていたエアコンを完全に壊され
ダッシュボードは半分外れたままという
散々な扱いを受けました。
この店舗は2度と行きません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 欲しい車があり、電話で問い合わせたところ、ちょうど展示車ありとの事だったので、見に行きました。が、店員の対応は悪かった。こちらからの質問にも素っ気ない返事。その車のセールスポイントもしない。このお店での購入は勿論やめました。
I had a car I wanted, and when I contacted him by phone, he said that there was an exhibition car, so I went to see it. However, the clerk's response was bad. A casual reply to the question from here. There is no selling point for the car. Of course, I stopped purchasing at this store.

◼️店内
十分にスペースを取ったテーブル、チャイルドスペース、作業場の見えるウィンドウと１人でも家族でも安心できる待ち合いが用意されてます。整備だと必然的に滞在時間が長くなるので、安心して過ごせるポイントは大きいですね。
◼️スタッフさん
好感度は高いです。例えば、一年点検など工賃が発生するイベントがあっても、点検が近いというお知らせに留めてくれているようで、グイグイくることはありませんでした。また、質問にもちゃんと調べて答えてくれるので間違いがなく信頼もできます。
ただ常に忙しそうで、ちょっと話しかけにくい印象があります。
◼️技術
朝イチに予約したフィルタ交換無しのオイル交換は約20分でした(超早！w)
気になるところは真摯に調べて頂けています。ブレーキ音が気になった時は異常有無の確認とグリスメンテ頂きました。
欲を言えば、メールなどネットでお店に相談できる手段があれば、日中仕事をしている身としては嬉しいのですが、そういうのは無さそう？

Favorability is high. For example, even if there was an event such as a one-year inspection that required wages, it seemed that the inspection was near, so I didn't get tired of it. In addition, you can trust the question without any mistakes because it will investigate and answer the question properly.
However, I always seem to be busy, and I have the impression that it is a little difficult to talk to.
◼️ Technology
It took about 20 minutes to change the oil without changing the filter that I reserved in the morning (super early! W)
You can seriously investigate the places you are interested in. When I was worried about the brake noise, I asked for confirmation of abnormalities and grease maintenance.
Speaking of greed, if there is a way to consult the store online, such as by e-mail, I would be happy as a person working during the day, but isn't that the case?
