First, they took my hank and copies of my passport and zairu card so that they can go to city office and issue inkan-shomesho for me. After 2 days, they asked me to come to their office and take my hanko, and asked me to go to city office myself to issue inkan-shomesho. They stated that it is not "their job to help gaijins" to issue certificates from city office. They did not give my personal information copies back to me. I quietly went to city office and got the inkan-shomesho. When I returned to them, this time they asked me to go back to city office and issue a jumiho. I got jumiho from the city office. Please note that I did not have my car this while, and there was no bus to directly connect city office and Big Motor office. I had to walk 4 km one way and it was very hot and sunny. After all this, they finally stopped bothering me for selling my own car to them. All this while, not even once they offered me a seat to sit or a drop of water to drink. I hope that no one else have to go through this horrible process.
