佐	佐助 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの仲介で部屋を借りたが担当者が今までにないぐらいいい加減だった。確認しておいてくれと頼んでおいた事も連絡がなく引っ越し当日にこちらから電話すると忘れてましたと言われる始末。普通はあるはずの設備がない事もこの時発覚したが契約後だし引っ越し真っ只中だったのでどうにならない。住んでみたら大家含めとんでもない物件だった。担当に対し「ん？」と思った時点で引き返せば良かった。後悔しかない後日契約書記載の番号で大家と連絡がつかなくなり他に連絡先はないのか訊ねると調べてみてはくれたものの最終的には「今はこの物件扱ってないし」と無責任な事を言い出したのはまた別の従業員。仲介しておいてどんな言い草だよと呆れた。 I rented a room for brokerage here, but the person in charge was not so good as ever. 大	大代陽一 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 八尾の名物マンション？「クリスタル通り」について尋ねたところ、「壁が薄く音が筒抜け」と言う事で鉄骨の自社物件を紹介してもらい入居しましたが、まさかの「音が筒抜け」でした。隣の部屋のTV番組が判る程でした。さらに、その隣の住人が話し声がするだけで怒鳴る、警察を呼ぶといった状態で日常生活に支障をきたす程でした。相談したところ「音は古い建物なのでこんなもの」さらに「これまでトラブルはなかった」との事。こちらとしてはこちらの会社がどこまで把握していたか調べる手立てもなく、今思えば入居時、当該の方の両隣は空いていた事を考えると後の祭りとしか言えません。なお、流行りの敷金なしと言っても入居時費用2ヶ月と0.5ヶ月以上の礼金、さらに退去時のクリーニング費用がしっかり掛かります。もちろん、説明を受けハンコを押してますので、こちらも後付けですが、今後相談を考える方は参考になさってください。いずれにせよ、悔いの残る案件でした。 Yao's famous condominium?
