★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 松岡さんの接客は最高でした。店長さんの計らいも最高でした。ただ、後から主人と一緒に正規の契約しに行ったとき主人は「ほんまに借りれるんか？うだうだやん」と言ってました。確かに。必要と言われた書類を用意するも、忙しいのか人が変わり何もわからないのか質問に対して全部隣の松岡さんに聞き、書類も契約書と一緒にレターパックで送ってくださいと…急いで用意する必要なかった。エイブルの引越しを紹介されるも、指定された日に段ボールが届かず見積りは届き、電話で確認するも「手違いで配送されてない」とか。短気な主人は怒りまくり。怒りを静めてもらうも、今度は新居と一緒に借りた駐車場に車が止まっている…電話で確認しても借り主は主人の名前。夕方に張り紙を貼ってくれると言ってたのですが晩に訪れると無断駐車に張り紙はなく、主人は怒りを抑えられず自ら電話。主人が電話するとすぐに張り紙してくれました。キレるだけ損だと思う私は適当にあしらわれてたのでしょうか。まぁ、鍵は貰えたし次は頼まないですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 飛び込みで行ったのに、丁寧に対応していただけました。物件見学の手配もすぐにしてくださったのが嬉しかったです。案内してくださったスタッフさんが各物件の良い所も悪い所も教えてくださり、安心して家探しが出来ました。
