★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自分は仕事で色々な幼稚園や保育園に携わらさせていただき色々拝見させていただきました。
例えば某有名私立幼稚舎のお子様達は凄く礼儀正しいのですが何故か子供っぽさを感じないような、まるで大人の真似事をしているような気がしました。
一律で保育園は箱の中に押し込められまるで檻の中にいて、たまに檻車に乗せられ公園に子育て経験のあるパートのおばちゃん達と行くのかな〜って感じる園をいくつか見てきました。
でもここは何処にも当て嵌まらない温もりのような優しいものを見て感じました。
朝早くから先生たちが門扉や周りを掃除をして春、夏、冬の休みの日には手作りの切り絵？等で時間とこだわりを掛け教室を彩りピアノを練習し、
園庭には土♪御日様の元、
子供達が元気に走り周り天真爛漫な明るい姿を見せてくれます。（昭和生まれな私には嬉しく感じました。)
ちなみに此方の運動会の金メダルは住職も勤める園長先生が何日も何日もかけて祈りを込めて使った手作りの金メダルです。（羨ましいw）
子育て経験終わった私ですがこの近所に住む人達が羨ましく感じました。?
 I was involved in various kindergartens and nursery schools at work, and I saw various things.
For example, the children of a famous private kindergarten are very polite, but for some reason they don't feel childish, and I feel like they are imitating adults.
The nursery school is uniformly pushed into the box and it's like being in a cage, and I've seen some gardens where I sometimes feel like I'm in a cage and go to the park with aunts who have experience raising children.
But here I saw and felt a gentle thing like warmth that does not fit anywhere.
Early in the morning, the teachers cleaned the gates and surroundings, and on holidays in spring, summer, and winter, handmade paper-cutting? Take time and attention to color the classroom and practice the piano.
Soil in the garden ♪ Under the sun,
The children run energetically and show an innocent and bright appearance. (I was happy to be born in the Showa era.)
By the way, the gold medal of this athletic meet is a handmade gold medal that the chief priest, who also works as a priest, used for days and days with prayer. (Envy w)
I have finished my child-rearing experience, but I envy the people living in this neighborhood. ?
