★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 明化小学校のなかにある公立幼稚園。工事のために園庭が使えないなど不便で一時的に人気がない。保育園不足や転入で困った方にはすぐ入れることがある。ただし、転出が多く、園児の入れ替わりが頻繁で落ち着かない。
施設は古くても、特に問題もなく丁寧に使われている。年長クラスは2クラス。1クラス30人程度。年少年中は1階、年長は2階。2階に小さな小さなホールがある、卒園式もそちらで開催。
運動会は小学校の体育館で。園庭がないため施設屋上で植物栽培や一輪車で遊べる。小動物は職員室前や廊下で飼っている。
自転車を停める場所がない。
給食の調理施設がない。お弁当持参となる。
 A public kindergarten in Meika Elementary School. It is inconvenient and temporarily unpopular because the garden cannot be used due to construction work. If you are in trouble due to lack of nursery school or moving in, you may be able to enter immediately. However, there are many out-migrants, and the children are frequently replaced, which makes them uncomfortable.
Even if the facility is old, it is used carefully without any problems. There are 2 senior classes. About 30 people per class. The first floor for older boys and the second floor for older boys. There is a small hall on the 2nd floor, and a graduation ceremony is also held there.
The athletic meet is at the gymnasium of the elementary school. Since there is no garden, you can grow plants and play with a unicycle on the roof of the facility. Small animals are kept in front of the staff room and in the corridor.
There is no place to park the bicycle.
There is no cooking facility for school lunches. Bring your own lunch.
