店内はきれい、奥に喫煙席(分煙）あり、トイレは男女別。店内に入るのは階段のみなので、車椅子は無理。
カツサンド￥880、大きめで量多かったですが、パン生地とカツが非常に柔らかくかつサクッとしていて、美味しかったです。
コメダグラタン￥840ベシャメルソースはチーズ・クリームシチューぽくやや薄塩味が感じられる。具はマカロニ・しめじ・むきエビで、とろけるチーズと海苔が上にかかる。
アイスラテ￥500、1.5倍量￥600。アイスミルクコーヒー￥500。
美味しいけどコスパは高め、スタバやタリーズよりも少し上かな。ランチ一食で￥1,500はかかるね。
ドリンク類のグラスは遊び心いっぱい。
 Newly opened on 3/28 on the 2nd floor, just above the south exit of Shimo-Akatsuka Station.
The inside of the store is clean, there are smoking seats (separated smoke) in the back, and the toilets are separated by gender. Wheelchairs are not possible as only the stairs can enter the store.
The cutlet sandwich was 880 yen, which was large and large, but the bread dough and cutlet were very soft and crispy, and it was delicious.
Komeda gratin ￥ 840 Bechamel sauce has a slightly salty taste of cheese and cream stew. The ingredients are macaroni, shimeji mushrooms, and peeled shrimp, with melted cheese and seaweed on top.
Ice latte ¥ 500, 1.5 times the amount ¥ 600. Ice milk coffee ¥ 500.
It's delicious, but the cost performance is high, and it's a little higher than Starbucks and Tully's. It costs 1,500 yen for one lunch.
Drink glasses are playful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ よく立ち寄っております。下赤塚にある喫茶店ではWi-Fiもコンセントも完備しているカフェは他にはないかと思います。(あまり探せていないだけですが、あれば知りたいです)

客層の良さ、フードのクオリティの高さはさすがコメダといったところ。
テイクアウトしましたケーキも大変美味しかったです。
たまごサンド系のたまごはこれでもか！と言うほど詰め込まれてますし、ビーフシチューのバケットもメニューの写真より遥かに大きいカットで来ました。嬉しかったです。
立地上仕方の無い事ではあるのですが、席によってはテーブルが狭く通路に面していて、少し落ち着きにくいので星をひとつ減らさせていただきました。
それ以外は文句なしだと思います！

土日の2〜4時以外は混んでいます。混み始めると、食器を下げるのが追いつかず、空席があるのになかなか案内されないことがあります。
上記の時間帯意外は混んでおらず、快適に過ごせます。店内はもちろん、お手洗いも綺麗で、タオルペーパーが備えてあります。コロナ禍にはとってもありがたいです。コンセントとWi-Fiがあるのでとても便利です。
