k	kotobukiさん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鎌倉で仕事があり、週3〜4は鎌倉ﾗﾝﾁ絶賛食べ歩き中に出会った大新さん。初訪問はお約束の半ﾁｬﾝﾗｰﾒﾝをｵｰﾀﾞｰ。肉体労働者向けの濃ゆい炒飯は具の大きさを揃えて炒めてくれてる鎌倉ﾗﾝﾁでは久々のﾋｯﾄ。半ﾁｬﾝﾗｰﾒﾝに¥1,100も取る店もありますが鎌倉で町中華を楽しむなら大新さんです。ﾗｰﾒﾝも麺がやけに多くて満足しました。 Mr. Daishin, who has a job in Kamakura and met during the Kamakura lunch acclaimed eating walk three to four times a week. H	Hi de on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 市場の並びの町中華のお店。観光地としての鎌倉感はなく、地元のお店って感じです。それほど広くない店内は相席もあり（コロナパネルはちゃんと設置）、なかなかギュウギュウです。外に並ぶ人もいました。ノボリに漢字でカレーラーメンとあり、どんなものかは画像の通りです。スープは結構カレー感強く、コテコテでライスがほしくなります。乗っている野菜が中華でしょうか。名物？の大新（お店の方はタイシン、と濁らない発音でした）ラーメンは、ひき肉とニラがトロミをつけて乗った…麻婆豆腐の豆腐と辛みを抜いたような味でした。麺はどちらも細麺です。なおビールグラスがちゃんと冷やしてあり、気が利く！素晴らしい！普通の味が楽しめるお店でした。 A Chinese restaurant in a town lined with markets. Big fan of their san-ra tan-men (hot and sour noodles); their noodles are really thin but have great texture and taste. Prices are decent, and they're open till 4am, super rare in this town!!

No English menu was available, however, there were 2 pictures and we just pointed to 1 of them to order. We later found out we had ordered curry ramen and it was amazing. 2nd best ramen I've had in Japan. The broth was thick and had deep flavour. The noodles were the perfect amount of chew. 8 hours later and I'm still full. I'll always remember Kamakura because of this delicious experience. The gyoza was pretty good but you have to try the curry ramen.
