It is a huge bicycle parking lot for bicycles on the first basement floor of the north exit square of JR Kokubunji Station.
The number of cars that can be accommodated is 3,000, and free of charge is appreciated for up to 2 hours.
Ascending and descending to the basement is easy because you can ride the bicycle on the auxiliary electric belt and the driver can move with the bicycle simply by supporting the bicycle and walking.
We would like to build such underground bicycle parking lots in front of the station at each station on the Chuo Line, develop roads where bicycles can run safely, and incorporate bicycles into urban life.
