★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子嶋寺の創建年代は明確でないが孝謙天皇の勅願によって天平宝字四年(760年)に開基したと言う説が伝わっている。いちじは藤原道長も参詣するほどの大寺として栄えた様だが、紆余曲折を経た後明治維新の神仏分離令で荒廃したが、歴史を感じさせるお寺です。
Kojimadera's founding date is not clear, but the theory that Emperor Koken emperor's petition was founded in the 4th year of the Tenpyo letter (760). Ichiji seems to have flourished as a large temple that Michifuji Fujiwara also attended, but after the twists and turns, it was ruined by the Meiji Restoration Shinbutsu, but it reminds me of history.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久し振りに小嶋寺に訪れた。前回は気にならなかったのだけど、門の前の石段横の石柱に書かれてる寺名は消えかかているが観覺寺だ。なんでだろうと思いながら本堂に向かうと本堂の額にも観覺寺になっている。そういえば、ここの住所名は観覺寺だった。本命は観覺寺なのだろう?
寺の歴史には色々な事情があったのだろうけど小嶋寺の名前か他の額が良いのではと思ってしまう。ガクッとなるなど冗談は言えない。
お寺が隆盛な時期は大いに栄えた事だろう。入口の門の巨大な桁はすごい。
I visited Kojima Temple for the first time in a long time. I didn't care about it last time, but the name of the temple written on the stone pillar next to the stone steps in front of the gate has disappeared, but it is Kankanji. When I headed to the main hall, wondering why, the forehead of the main hall was also a temple. By the way, the address name here was Kankanji Temple. The favorite is probably Kankaji Temple ?
There may have been various reasons in the history of the temple, but I wonder if the name of Kojimaji or another amount is good. I can't make a joke about it.
The time when the temple was prosperous would have prospered greatly. The huge girder at the entrance gate is amazing.
