★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 無添加とかはやっていなさそうですが、一と口椎茸は原木椎茸を使っているようでポイント高いです。
若鮎も求肥の弾力がすごいです。ぬれ氷室もプルンとした食感があり、上品なお味でした。
入店すると、お茶と琥珀柚子のカットしたものを出してくださり、また出してくださったテーブルにはちりめん山椒や一と口椎茸などの試食も置いてあり買い物する前に良い参考となりました。
良い買い物ができたと思います。
