京扇子の絵付け体験ができます。
扇子職人が、実際に８８の工程により、本格的な扇子を作ってくださいます。
その出来上がりまで実に２か月！
予約が必要ですが、その際お願いすれば、下絵（扇型をした枠だけ）を送ってくださるので、あらかじめ好きな絵をかいて持っていけばはかどります。
現地ではまず、台紙の色を選びます。
下絵を現地で書くか、あらかじめ用意していったものを利用し、その上に台紙をおいて、筆で写していきます。
絵具はアクリル絵の具が１２色ぐらいあり、使い捨てのパレットで自由に色を混ぜて絵付けをします。
全面に、背景のように色を塗ることと、絵具を濃く塗ることはダメとのこと。
前者は水によって神がぼこぼこになり、きれいな扇子にならない。
後者は、折りたたんだ時、絵具が厚い所どうしがひっつき、あけるときにパリパリ音がするとのこと。
一階は観光客でごった返す錦市場ではありますが、２階は静かな環境で、２０分から４０分ぐらいの楽しい体験でした。

You need to make a reservation, but if you ask, we will send you a sketch (only the fan-shaped frame), so you can draw your favorite picture in advance and bring it with you.
At the site, first select the color of the mount.
Write a sketch locally or use a prepared one, place a mount on it, and copy it with a brush.
There are about 12 colors of acrylic paints, and you can freely mix and paint with a disposable palette.
It is not good to paint the entire surface like a background and to paint darkly.
In the former, the god becomes uneven due to water, and it does not become a beautiful fan.
In the latter case, when folded, thick paints stick to each other, and when opened, a crisp sound is heard.
The first floor is Nishiki Market, which is crowded with tourists, but the second floor is a quiet environment, and it was a fun experience of about 20 to 40 minutes.

This is a shop where you can buy accessories of "Kyoto pattern" such as fans, pouches, bags, handkerchiefs etc. at Nishiki Market. I purchased "Brow Scissors (400 yen including tax)" and "Hair Remover (310 yen including tax)" with reasonable and very cute patterns. There are three kinds of patterns, and there are other nail clippers, so I thought it might be a good idea to buy a set (1110 yen including tax) and give it as a present.
