どこの精肉店のモツでも通常は、2、3回は臭み消しに茹でこぼししないとダメだけど、洗ったり茹でこぼししないで、鍋にぶっ混んで全く臭みもなく最高に旨いモツ鍋やモツ煮が出来るのはここの店以外見たこと無い。
 The offal that crosses here will not be Uonuma.
Normally, you have to boil the offal at any butcher shop a couple of times to remove the odor, but don't wash or spill it. I've never seen anything other than this shop.
