子供が頭をぶつけたのですが年末だったので受診できるか電話し、受付の方に担当医に変わると言われ先生が出たのですが手術中だから6時間後になると言われてました。
それはしょうがない事ですが、だったら迷惑そうに電話に出る必要があるのでしょうか？
こちらは子どもが心配で電話しているのに最低な対応でした。

受診しに来た人をバカにしてるしか思えない。
看護師のおしゃべりがヒドイ。
主治医は良い人だとは思うけど、ちゃんと検査をして欲しい。
The nurse at the reception is the worst. Looking too far from above.
I can only think of making a fool of the person who came to see me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 紹介外来で受診して貰ったが、今まで行った病院の中 1番良い病院に感じました。看護師も優しく的確で、医師も分かり易く凄く優しく説明をしてくれました。患者の仕事の事も気遣ってくれる感じの病院でした。
I had a medical examination at the referral outpatient department, but I felt that it was the best hospital I have ever visited. The nurses were kind and accurate, and the doctors explained very kindly in an easy-to-understand manner. It was a hospital that took care of the patient's work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨日開頭術後６ヵ月検査の説明で診察に~結果は良好問題無し~次回の検査は１年後とのことでした❗️後遺障害も無く現在快調に生活出来てます?入院中は特に麻酔科の杉山先生、内田先生、熊井萌先生には大変お世話になりました~素晴らしい先生方に出逢いましたが内田先生と熊井萌先生は他の病院に移ったとの事で残念です~広南病院には今後もお世話になります?~~前回4月投稿分~~脳動脈瘤で入院、4月15日に開頭手術クリップ3本(約8時間)今は順調に回復しています！16年前にもくも膜下出血で開頭手術(クリップ1本)を受けている(他医院)ので開頭手術は2回目です。今回は脳動脈瘤なので手術するか経過観察にするか大分迷いましたが瘤もかなり大きいと担当医師からの説明も有り1年悩みましたが手術する事に決断～❗️担当医師も看護士も病院職員もやさしく親切な人が多く、全国ランキングトップクラスの病院は評判どうり素晴らしい?早く退院して普段の生活に戻りたい❗️広南病院という素晴らしい病院に出会えて本当に感謝です。自分の病気ですよ❗️お願いする病院?は自分で選んで決めるべきです(信頼して委ねられる病院を)❗️?今は退院待ちです、後遺障害もなく元気になりました。有難うございました?医療設備と先生の腕、看護体制は素晴らしいです。今後も患者さんの為に頑張って下さい❗️4月28日(水)退院予定です‼️?開頭手術２週間で4月28日退院しました、普段の生活に戻りました。健康が一番ですね✨??

I had a craniotomy (1 clip) for subarachnoid hemorrhage 16 years ago (at another clinic), so this is my second craniotomy. This time it was a cerebral aneurysm, so I was wondering whether to operate or follow up, but the doctor in charge explained that the aneurysm was also quite large, so I was worried for a year, but decided to operate ~ ❗️ Both the doctor in charge and the nurse Many of the hospital staff are kind and kind, and the top-class hospitals in the national ranking are wonderful ? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日急性のテンカンでアンビランスで入院しました、短期間でしたが先生や看護士さん事務の方普通に親切丁寧でした口コミを見ると余り良くなく書き込みしている人いますが私は大変満足しています、皆さん本当にありがとうございました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生は信頼できます。しかし病よりナースが怖い。MRIの検査よりナースが怖い。MRIの結果を聞きに行くよりナースが怖い。入院よりナースが嫌だ。支払い(金額)よりナースが嫌だ。薬(副作用)よりナースが嫌だ。ですので、本当の意味で健康のありがたみを文字通り「痛感」しています。他の方々も綴るのを散見しましたが長身の女性ナースが怖くて病院に行きたくない。それゆえ睡眠、運動、栄養を徹底管理する日々です。
余談ですが唯一、謎がありまして１階のフロアで何の目的でオルゴールを流しているのか不明なことです。大音量でTVのニュース番組を流しているのに、オルゴールまで！正直、ノイズです。様々な音が響く中、職員が大きな声を張り上げて患者の氏名を叫ぶ状態です。飛沫も飛ぶと思います。建て替え中の新病棟ではオルゴールが流れませんように。治療と無関係な意見ですみません。また、患者以外の人々がベンチに複数人いて座る場がないです。仕方なく、立っています。

先生に病状のことで分からないから質問するとムッとして、とにかく検査を受けてから合った治療なり致します！というわりにその検査が１ヶ月後。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建物が古いので温度管理や湿度管理はしっかりなされていません。春先のこの時期で院内の湿度は10％と、別の病気にかかりそうです、のどはからからで肌はカサカサ。最悪てす。救急搬送されたならしかたないですが、リハビリなど他に選べるところがあるならそちらを選んだ方がいいかもしれません。新型コロナウイルスの影響で面接も見舞いも不可です。また同じ理由で外出も外泊も許可されません。精神的に辛くなっても我慢するしかないですが、院内の環境が悪いので余計に辛くなるかもしれません。
それでも脳疾患への対応力はしっかりしてるのではないでしょうか。院内で会った他の患者さんにはリピーターが多いのもそれが理由だと思います。回復期リハビリならほ他を探した方がいいと思います。
