★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ワクチン接種等で何度かお世話になりましたが、看護師、医師の方々の対応が本当に素晴らしいです。親身に話を聞いてくださり、ただ処方箋を出すだけでなく場合によってはきちんとレントゲンや採血などもとっていただけます。おかげでとてもリラックスできるので他の患者さんも穏やかに過ごせている印象です。どこをとっても満点の病院だと思います。
 I have been taken care of several times by vaccination etc., but the correspondence of nurses and doctors is really wonderful. You can listen to the story and not only give a prescription but also take X-rays and blood samples properly in some cases. Thanks to that, I feel very relaxed and other patients are able to spend their time calmly. I think it's a perfect hospital everywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ヤブ。腹痛で受診したらブスコパンという薬を処方されただけです。飲んだら腸閉塞おこしてしまいました。結局大学病院に入院。もう二度と行かない！事務の女の人はいつも疲れきってるかおしてる。
Yab. When I visited for abdominal pain, I was just prescribed a drug called buscopan. I had intestinal obstruction after drinking. Eventually admitted to a university hospital. I will never go again! The office lady is always tired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8月に新しく出来たクリニックです。先生はとても優しくしっかりと目を見てお話を聞いてくださる方です。看護師さんもとても素敵な笑顔で対応下さり好印象でした。一つだけ言うことがあるとすれば、受付の女性スタッフの方が残念な印象です。台風の被害があったとのことで大変だとは思いますが、一人だけジャージで対応。化粧も一切しておらず窓口に座る方としては自覚が足りないと思います。対応も決して感じの良い言葉遣いや態度ではありませんでした。慣れているのかもしれませんが慣れが悪い方に向いていると思います。他の方々が良かっただけにそこだけが残念です。改善できればすごく良いクリニックだと思っての投稿です。先生が本当に優しい方ですのでまた伺います。

I don't think there is enough awareness as a person sitting at the window without any makeup. The response was never a pleasant wording or attitude. You may be used to it, but I think it is suitable for those who are not used to it. It ’s just a shame because other people were good. If you can improve, this is a very good post. I will ask you again because the teacher is really kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 急な体調不良でお世話になりました。最初に電話を下さったキャリアのある看護師さんは来院した時も感じがよく、丁寧に対応して下さり、先生も優しく丁寧に対応して下さいました。
その後午後に電話をした際の担当の女性Tさんの受け答えの感じが悪かった。面倒くさそうな電話対応で言葉遣いや口調が適切ではなく気分が悪かった。
一番残念だったのは診察の際発熱があったので、別室でと言われ外のドーム型の部屋で診察された時、料金の説明など予め何もなく、明細書を見たらよく分からない金額表記があり、しかも高い。問い合わせたところ上記金額とのこと。常識的に考えて最初に説明するべき。何も説明もなく支払わされあり得ないと思った。

There is a monetary amount notation, and it is expensive. When I inquired, it was the above amount. Common sense should be considered and explained first. I thought it was impossible to be paid without any explanation.
