★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2軒隣へ移転される前から調子が悪くなる度、施術をお願いしています。
首や肩の痛み、腰痛で施術を受けました。
毎回、施術後は首や肩、腰の痛みは楽になり体が軽くなります。
鍼治療もして頂くのですが体調に合わせて、刺激量を調整してくれるので、受けやすいです。
症状が強い時は、事前に「ここが痛いですよ」など声掛けしてくれて、先生の言うようにマッサージや鍼で「痛い所に響くような感覚」が出ます。
ただ自分も納得出来る感覚なので、施術を受けられます。
術前術後に身体を動かしたり、痛みの出る動作や場所を検査をして比較します。
施術直後も楽なのですが、いつも1,2日経ってからの方が楽になります。
仕事柄、同じ体勢や重たい物を持つ事が多く、筋肉がガチガチになり疲労が溜まるといつもこちらで身体のケアをお願いしています。
今回は腰痛で施術を受けましたが、仕事柄、休みが不定期で小まめな通院が難しい私を考えて、可能な通院計画や自宅で出来るセルフケアも教えてくれる優しい先生なので、今後も身体のケアをお願いします。
