Order recommended Tantan noodles. The staff is not masking at this time. 松	松浦孝浩 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 村山駅西側のホテルの中にある食事所です。画像はありませんが今回は煮込み定食とゲソ天をお願いしました。煮込み定食の煮込みは他の煮込み定食で有名店と比較すると、ある程度食感を残してあります。（恐らく他の店はある程度纏めて調理して小分けして冷凍して置いているものを温め直して出している？）また脂も適度に残してあり1頭分のホルモンを仕入れて自店で都度処理をしている様に思われます。その為か非常に煮込みの味が濃くてとてもご飯が進むものでした。ゲソ天も確か150円程度で量は多くはありませんが良心的なお値段だと思います。 A restaurant in the hotel on the west side of Murayama Station. 丸	丸井こけし on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 辛味噌ラーメンをいただきました。味は魚介系スープで美味しかったです。一口食べて赤湯の某有名の味を思い出しました（あくまで個人の感覚です）。ただ今回はスープが具材で冷やされたのかぬるく思えました。そこだけが残念に思えました。他メニューも美味しそうだったので是非また来店して食べたいと思ってます。御馳走様でした(๑´ڡ`๑) I had spicy miso ramen. The taste was delicious with the seafood soup. I ate a bite and remembered a famous taste of Akayu (it's just an individual feeling).
