Currently closed. The visitor center was not available, but it was possible to walk to the observatory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020年4月1日(水)～休館します。為に同3月26日(木)～利用できません。ご利用はお早めに。眺めはまぁまぁいいですけど遠いし辺鄙で、さりとて行ったところで特にサプライズも無し。そんなこんなで利用客減少で店仕舞いするのでしょうか・・
The museum will be closed from Wednesday, April 1, 2020. Therefore, it cannot be used from March 26 (Thu). Use early. The view is ok, but it's far and remote, and there's no surprise where I went. Will the shop be closed due to a decrease in the number of customers?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ビジターセンターの巨大キノコだけでも見る価値あり。廻りの森は湿潤でキノコ結構はえてます。途中県道27号線狭いのでご注意。
It's worth seeing just the giant mushrooms at the visitor center. The surrounding forest is moist and has a lot of mushrooms. Please note that Prefectural Road 27 is narrow on the way.

The view is outstanding like the name of "Kunimi", the production center of mandarin oranges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結構大変な場所の公園。そもそも、那珂川沿いの県道27号線が結構大変な道。那珂川、謎多いです。

奥まっていて、あまり遠くまでの景色は見えないけれど、自然の"圧"がすごくてなんとなく落ち着く。
静かな場所で、自分の人生を振り返りたい時に来る。
It may be my favorite park.
It's so deep that I can't see the scenery so far, but the "pressure" of nature is so great that it calms me down.
Come when you want to look back on your life in a quiet place.
