M	MEGURU Nagoya’s Talent on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 菊井町交差点にある、海鮮中国料理黄河に行ってまいりました。店名の規模感からは想像つかない店内！テーブル三卓&カウンター5席くらいのこじんまりとしたお店です。笑なぜ黄河にしたのだ…笑ランチで訪れ、頼んだのはランチメニューの四川タンタンメンセット900円です。こいつは驚きました…今まで食べたどのタンタンメンとも違うのです。口当たりはあっさり、でもコクや旨みもしっかりあってつるっといけるタンタンメン。逆に言うと王道のタンタンメン好きに言わせればいい物足りないの一言で片付けられてしまうのかもしれませんが非常に繊細で優しい味わいのタンタンメン。名駅界隈だと杏亭とかタンタンメンは有名だと思いますが、その逆で味わい深い担々麺。過去担々麺が苦手だと言う方もこれなら食べられるって方もいると思います！中華の達人が作る気の利いた担々麺って感じで、既存の担々麺の概念にとらわれない所も個人的にはすごく好きでした。さすが黄河って名前つけるだけあって肝が座った仕事っぷりに魅せられた一杯、ご馳走さまでした！笑 I went to the seafood Chinese restaurant Yellow River at the Kikui-cho intersection. It's a nice tantanmen made by Chinese masters, and I personally liked places where I wasn't bound by the existing concept of tantanmen. S	St. one on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一万円のおまかせコースを頼みました。前菜はまずまず美味しかった。次のスープはフカヒレの入った海老のビスク風、海老の風味は出ているが薄味過ぎて旨味を引き出してない。鰆は美味しかった。蒸されてふっくら仕上がっていた。伊勢エビの炒め物もプリプリで良かった。ただし、メインのサザエのパイ包み焼きは酷かった。食感が悪く香辛料もキツい。〆のチマキは流石に美味しかった。しかし値段的に考えると料理のクオリティーもボリュームも満足感は足りない。また、厨房内でのバタツキ感が食事の雰囲気を悪くしていた。期待が高かった分、なんとも微妙な食後感が残る夕食でした。 I asked for a 10,000 yen entrusted course. 北	北村ゆい on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お久しぶりの中華です！！中華って、ある時突然食べたくなりませんか…？いや、まあわたしだけかもしれないですけど… 中華食べたい！と夫に言ったら、中華久しぶりだしいいよーってこのお店を予約してくれました(´-`) お店は名駅からでも国際センターからでも歩いていけるくらいの距離にあります。どちらから行っても10分かからないくらいですかね。外観は全体的に白くて、なんだか可愛い雰囲気です♪ ぱっと見カフェかな？とも思えるようなお洒落な見た目。お店に入ると普通にテーブルと椅子の空間が広がっていました。外観から想像したほどのお洒落さはなかったです（笑）。優しい中華という言葉がふさわしいようなお料理です。刺激が強すぎるわけではなく、味が濃くてもういらないってなることもなく、油ギトギトで胃もたれするわけでもなく、でもちゃんと中華で、すごく美味しい。味付けももちろんですが、何より素材が良いんだろうな〜。コースにして正解でした！ちょこちょこといろんな料理をお腹いっぱい楽しめました\(^o^)/* 夜のおまかせコースはそこそこするので、まずはお昼のおまかせコースで行ってみてもよかったかな〜？とは思いました！店内はコンパクトであまり席も多くないので、曜日によっては予約でいっぱいだったりするかもしれないですね（´-`）.｡oO It's been a long time in China! !
