フカヒレのお料理がとても美味しかったです。
あとの料理も美味しいけれど、絶品というほどでは。
ただ品数が多いので、値段相応なのかな。
量も多いので、単品もしくは2～3,000円のランチのほうがコスパはいいのかなと思いました。
I had a special course for the 5th anniversary of KITTE (5,555 yen) at lunch.
The shark fin food was very delicious.
The rest of the food is delicious, but it's not so good.
However, since there are many items, I wonder if it is suitable for the price.
Since the amount is large, I thought that cospa would be better for a single item or a lunch of 2 to 3,000 yen.

12時頃にKITTEのYATAで日本酒飲んだ後、昼ご飯を同じくKITTEにあるおでん屋「さもん」で食べようと思って地下１階に行ったんですが行列ができていたので、待つのを避けて３階にある東天紅へ。
13時過ぎに行ったので混雑もしておらず、窓側の席に案内されました。
ゆったりした雰囲気で落ち着いて食事できました。
東天紅なんて30年ぶりくらいかな。私は東天紅で酢豚のおいしさを認識しました。それまでは酢豚というと学校給食のイメージがあって肉は硬くて噛み切れないは甘酢は気持ち悪いはで、泣きそうになりながら食べた記憶があって、大嫌いでした。
それが東天紅で酢豚を食べてみたら、肉は柔らかく衣はサクサク、甘酢もおいしくて、酢豚ってこんなにおいしいものだったんだという事に気づかされました。それ以来、中華料理店では酢豚を積極的に食べる様になり、酢豚のおいしさで店のレベルがわかると思うようにまでなりました。
という事で、酢豚（三元豚の鎮江黒酢ソース）、紋甲烏賊と季節野菜のバジルソース炒め、四川風麻婆豆腐、帆立貝の炒め物、五目焼きそばを妻と娘の３人でシェア。＋紹興酒（紅琥珀）をボトルでオーダー。

さすが東天紅というべきでしょうか、どれを食べてもおいしい。
一皿の量も多すぎず３人で分けてちょうどいい量でした。
でも、やっぱり酢豚が一番美味しかったです。

After drinking sake at KITTE's YATA around 12:00, I went to the first basement floor to eat lunch at the same oden restaurant “Samon” in KITTE. Avoid the East Tenku on the 3rd floor.
I went after 13:00 and was not crowded and was guided to the window seat.
I was able to eat calmly in a relaxed atmosphere.
Higashi Tenku is the first time in 30 years. I recognized the taste of sweet and sour pork in Totenku. Until then, sweet and sour pork had the image of school lunch, the meat was hard and couldn't bite, but sweet vinegar was unpleasant, and I hate it because I remember eating while crying.
When I ate sweet and sour pork in Totenku, I realized that the meat was soft, the clothes were crispy, the sweet and sour were delicious, and the sweet and sour pork was so delicious. Since then, Chinese restaurants have been actively eating sweet and sour pork, and the taste of sweet and sour pork has come to be understood.
So, my wife and daughter share vinegared pork (Zanjiang black vinegar sauce of Sangen pork), fried crested fish and basil sauce of seasonal vegetables, Sichuan style mapo tofu, fried scallops, and Gomoku yakisoba. + Order Shaoxing liquor (red bean paste) in bottles.

As expected, it should be called East Tenku, whichever is delicious.
The amount of one dish was not too much and it was just right for 3 people.
But after all, sweet and sour pork was the most delicious.

出てくる料理全て美味しく、感動でした！
スタッフさんも皆さんご親切で、再訪確実のお店です！
単品料理も多数あり、高級食材から身近なものも。
流石にアワビやフカヒレはお値段しますが、肉感たっぷりの肉焼売や、具沢山シャキシャキの春巻き、トドメの小籠包などなど、どれも美味しかった！

All the staff are kind and it is a shop that is sure to return!
There are many single dishes, including high-end ingredients and familiar ones.
Abalone and shark fin are priced as expected, but the meat dumplings with plenty of flesh, the spring rolls with a lot of crispy ingredients, the dumplings of Todome, etc. were all delicious!
