‐	‐@ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ぶっちゃけ自分たちの手間になる質疑はすべてクレーマー扱いしてくる不動産屋です。これはたった一例なんですが、網戸無しの物件だったので、正規の料金を支払って、入居日までに網戸を入れておいて下さい。と頼んだことがありました。引っ越し1週間前に確認の電話を入れると、随分調子の良い返事だったにも関わらず、3日前になって「建具屋に電話が繋がらない。網戸はしばらく我慢して欲しい」という訳が分からない連絡。お金も払ってます、当日までに何とかしてくださいと、お伝えすると、いうに事欠いて「春先だし窓を開けなければいいじゃないですか」とか言い出す始末。うちにはいまだに素人社員手作りの網戸がはまっています、嫌すぎる。こんなの言われて当然の事かと思うんですが、叱られてたいそう不服なご様子。騒音トラブルの時は「何号室の方から苦情が」とかいちいち伝えてくる。結局住人同士で話し合って住人だけで和解しましたが、ありえませんよね。他の方も似たようなことをおっしゃられてますが、お金を払う前まではとにかく調子のいいことをいいます。住めればいい、騒音も、トラブルも気にしない。という方以外は違う不動産屋を検討した方が無難かと思います。こちら、ただ料金に見合った仕事をしてほしいだけなんですが、言っても無駄なようですので、こちらに投下させていただきますね。 All the questions that are bothersome for us are real estate agents who treat them as complaints.
