★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買う方にとってはいいのかもしれないが、家の売却を検討されている方にはお勧めしません。売却で使いましたがここで販売依頼（専属契約）をする必要性は感じなかった。
１．不動産会社にはありえない誤情報（場所）の掲載。自分の物件のみならず、ほか物件を見てみても、場所の誤情報、タイプミスが多い。
２．物件の売りを全く理解しようとしていないため、それに沿った紹介文になっていない。また写真のクオリティーも低く、素人がやってももっといい内容になると思う内容でウェブ掲載、チラシ作成をされた。
３．それにもかかわらず、販売料金を下げないと売れないの一点張りで、自分たちの何が悪く引っかからないのかという振り返りはなく、こちらから指摘するまで何もしない。
また、論理的な資料などを見せての説得ではなく経験から言っているんですと感情論で値下げをごねてきた。納得できれば下げるといってもそれらの情報共有は一切なかった。
４．最終的に購入者が決まったが、こちらの許可なくかなりの割引をしたうえで契約寸前まで購入者と話をつけたうえで契約締結にこぎつけようとされた。めんどくさくなり納得したが、本当に納得した上での販売価格で販売ができなかったので満足した取引ではなかった

It was annoying and I was convinced, but I was not satisfied with the transaction because I could not sell at the selling price after I was really convinced.
