新鮮な野菜と美味しいお料理でとても満足です。
食後に手作りスイーツを頂き甘すぎず素材の味が引き立ち、また食べたいと思いました。
写真は豚肉挽肉詰め、イチジクのタルト、焼き菓子です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに訪れました。いつ来ても頂く料理は絶品です。今回のランチはBコース「ポークカツレツミラノ風 北あかりのマッシュとラタトゥ添え」を頂きました。カツレツの香ばしさとサクサク感、ソースと絡めると旨味が弾けます。別に頼んだ本日のお菓子では「ブレッドプディング」を頼みましたが、これまた両方の頬っぺたが落ちるほど美味しかったです✨
I visited after a long time. The food you receive whenever you come is excellent. For this lunch, I had the B course "Pork cutlets Milanese style with northern light mash and ratatu". The aroma and crispness of the cutlets, and the umami when entwined with the sauce. For today's sweets I ordered separately, I ordered "bread pudding", but it was so delicious that both cheeks fell off.
