 Today was my 4th time with private guidance. I was suffering from back pain with accurate advice and breathing methods according to my personal physical condition, but it has become much easier. Thank you Hiroko-sensei.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 繰り返すぎっくり腰を直したくて通いはじめました。通い始めて9ヶ月とても調子がいいです。今まで針や整体で直していましたが、ぎっくり腰になる根本的な原因を直すトレーニングをしてもらったら、その他の不調もなくなってきました。プライベートレッスンで先生が毎回身体の状態を確認しながらプログラムを調整してくれ、運動が苦手な私でも優しく励ましてくれる先生の声がけのおかげでいつもあっという間に終わります。体調がよくなるだけでなく、少しずつ体のラインが変わってくるので毎朝鏡を見るのが楽しみ。いいピラティススタジオに巡り合えよかったです。
I started going to my back because I wanted to get rid of my back. It's been 9 months since I started going, and I'm in good shape. I used to fix it with needles and manipulative treatments, but when I was trained to fix the root cause of my low back, other problems disappeared. In private lessons, the teacher adjusts the program while checking the physical condition every time, and even though I am not good at exercising, the teacher's voice gently encourages me, so it always ends in a blink of an eye. Not only will I feel better, but my body line will change little by little, so I'm looking forward to seeing the mirror every morning. It was nice to meet a good Pilates studio.
