善	善晴 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 森の中に突如鉄筋コンクリート造のシンプルな入口が出現。少し暗めの入口をくぐると目の前にヨーロッパ調の街並みが現れます。ピーマン通りとの名の1本の通りの両側に表現豊かな建物のファサードが続きわくわく感があります。1階部分は基本的に店舗や飲食店の商業施設が連なります。通りの至るところにベンチや飲食店のテーブルなどが配置され気軽に散策や休憩ができます。せっかくなのでここで少し歴史的な背景をご紹介。世界的に著名なイタリアの建築家・デザイナーのマリオ・ベリーニ氏による設計により1992年にリゾナーレ小淵沢として誕生。当時はマイカルが経営していた会員制のホテルでしたが赤字傾向であったようです。 2001年からは星野リゾートが所有しリゾナーレ八ヶ岳として運営開始。3年で黒字化を実現。今回訪れたのは2022年3月時点です。コロナ禍の影響もあってか日曜日の昼下りでしたがそれほど混雑はありませんでした。喧騒から離れほどよい賑わいの中で静かな時を過ごせる。そんなちょっと贅沢な時間を過ごせる場所です。 Suddenly a simple reinforced concrete entrance appears in the forest.
