今のミニバンを買う時、こちらが希望する月払い額や支払い年数に、最大限努力してくださいました。その後も丁寧にフォローしていただいていて、とてもありがたく思っています。
不満はほぼありませんが、定期点検やタイヤ交換などをしてもらう時、大概、終了すると言われた時刻を15分はオーバーしてしまうのだけ少し困ってます汗

When I bought the current minivan, I made the utmost effort to pay the monthly payment amount and the number of years I wanted. I am very grateful that you have been following me carefully since then.
I have almost no complaints, but when I have regular inspections and tire changes, I'm a little troubled because it usually exceeds the time when it was said to end by 15 minutes.
