★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to buy tickets on ground floor. Then to go first floor to take elevator. The guide in the elevator would describe the tower to you.
Awesome scene, last year we enjoyed the "rotation cafe" in the middle of the tower. It was round moving 360° for 15 to 20 min one cycle around.
However, this cafe is closed... Not sure it re-opened or not now.
There is penny coin machine, remember to bring some coins to go there or to use their coins exchange machine.
Remember to make your own memorial coin.
Telescope & gift stall there. Enjoy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome View! Kobe port tower gives an breathtaking view of Kobe city and the surrounding mountains it's good to be there just before dusk as you can see the day time view and also the night view as it gradually gets dark outside. Even the adjacent marine museum is a place worth visiting.

✔I ordered nothing, just enjoying the view. The colour of tower is red, so eye catching. I have no time to get closer. Just enjoy from a far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here is a nice spot to sight the view of Kobe city near the sea shore. The tower will be closed soon for big renovation and it is expected to be finished 2 years after. I went here yesterday but it was so crowded since today is the last operation day. The last time I was here I don't know when.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most gorgeous views I ever seen from the towers. The front view is a port of Kobe with the ocean, boats and islands. Back view is mountains full of greens and houses, and all together have perfect view down the Kobe city buildings. Believe me Kobe is beautiful than Osaka view.
Also in the last floor you'll buy suveniers and surprise balls.
This is must visit place in Kobe
