I'm not sure of the meaning or cultural background of this phallic shaped artistic statue. Its dominated by close proximity to Starbuck a few meters away. I'm sure many people have walked out of Starbucks with their overpriced coffee, stopped for a few seconds to cast their gaze upon the Bell of Hortensia then shrugged their shoulders and walked quickly away.
