★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三宮駅から徒歩５分。雨降りでも濡れません。建物は古いですが、中はどうもありません。受付の方が慣れていない感じです。
5 minutes walk from Sannomiya station. It won't get wet even if it rains. The building is old, but there is nothing inside. I feel that the receptionist is not used to it.

＊注意して頂きたい事が有ります！！
以前、此方の建物内に、｢神戸市青少年会館｣が、同居していました。
今は、移転され、【〒650-0044 兵庫県神戸市中央区東川崎町１丁目３−３ ハーバーセンター（商業棟 ５階）】に、引っ越されています。
滅多に、青少年会館を利用されなかった方などは、間違って、旧青少年会館の、住所の記憶で、此方に来られてしまう事が有りますので、お気を付け下さい。

Now, it has been relocated and moved to [1-3-3 Higashikawasaki-cho, Chuo-ku, Kobe-shi, Hyogo 650-0044 Harbor Center (5th floor of the commercial building)].
In rare cases, those who did not use the Youth Hall may mistakenly come to this place because of the memory of the address of the old Youth Hall, so please be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三ノ宮駅から近くなので公共交通を使うには便利です。駐車場も有りますが高いのでおすすめ出来ません。利用時には公共交通機関を利用しましょう。
It is convenient to use public transportation because it is close to Sannomiya station. There is a parking lot, but it is not recommended as it is expensive. Use public transportation when using.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建物が古く利用者も多い為、お世辞にも綺麗とは言えないのが・・・(；´∀｀)
特にトイレは緊急時以外入りたくないです。
あと変な臭いがするんですが、空調のものなのか、トイレから漂ってきているのか・・・。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 勤労会館は、令和4年6月30日をもって、閉館となります。
その後、建物自体が取り壊され、跡地は、新しく建てられる予定のツインタワービルの敷地の一部になります。
数年後には、そこに何があったか、わからないくらいの変貌がなされることでしょう。
｢追記｣
1980年にオープンして、40年以上神戸市民に愛されてきた勤労会館。
さすがに老朽化が目立つけれど、大きくて立派な施設です。
三宮駅から近くて便利！
それに利用料がとにかく手頃！
さすが公共施設ですね。
来年には、閉館とのこと、やっぱり残念だけど、駅周辺の再開発も必要なことだし、期待もある。
それまではしっかり利用しようと思います。
