★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 兵庫県庁の南側の横長のビルです。中には喫茶店や理髪店も入り毎日色々な催しをしているようで賑わっている印象でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 敷地に有るコインパーキングへの侵入が超狭Uターン道なのでいささか不安でした。
料金は30分200円でまぁまぁです。
県民会館１階にはゆったりとした喫茶店が有ります。
各階のトイレは個室がほんの少し広く、トイレットペーパー棚に荷物を置けるのでほんの少し利用しやすかった。
I was a little worried because the entrance to the coin parking on the premises was an extremely narrow U-turn road.
The charge is 200 yen for 30 minutes, which is ok.
There is a spacious coffee shop on the first floor of the prefectural hall.
The toilet on each floor was a little large in its private room, and I could put my luggage on the toilet paper shelf, so it was a little easier to use.

前には明治時代からの兵庫県公館があり、初代知事は伊藤博文さんでした。
