鶏の出汁が効いたラーメン、鶏油を使用しているのか香りもとてもよいです。
胸肉のチャーシューもあっさりしていて美味しい。他にも親子丼が美味しそうで、昼には結構混雑していました。

ラーメンがメインだが親子丼とミニチャーシュー丼を注文。
親子丼も美味しく、チャーシュー丼もたれが効いててとても美味しかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 富岡町で70年愛されている『とりふじ』の後継店として『浜鷄』が誕生したそうです。
お店人気No.1の浜鷄ラーメン(820円)を注文。カウンターには、様々な調味料が置いてあり、自分好みに出来てうれしいですね。店オススメのゆず唐辛子を試してみたかったのですが、今回は浜鷄ラーメンに合いそうなブラックペッパーのみをチョイス。トッピングの鶏肉はチャーシューと細切れの2種のっていて、程良い塩味で美味しく頂きました。麺は中太縮れ麺でしたが、個人的には細麺の方が合うのではと思います。スープは鶏ガラベースに薄口醤油であっさり系で、特徴的な印象は残りませんでした。

I wanted to try the recommended yuzu chili pepper in the store, but this time I chose only black pepper that seems to go well with Hamasaki Ramen. There are two kinds of topping chicken, char siu and shredded. Noodles were curly noodles, but personally I think that fine noodles are better. The soup was lightly made with chicken soy sauce and thin soy sauce, leaving no characteristic impression.
It seems that you are also doing point cards, so please come by all means.

スープは澄んでおりあっさりしていますが、味はしっかりついています。
黄色いコシのある麺も、鳥のダシが効いたスープに合っています。
浜通りのお土産としてもおすすめです。

第二原発のお膝元、福島県の富岡町。ご縁があって2泊ほど滞在しました。
この日のランチはフードコートで。
富岡町の名物にもなっている浜鶏ラーメンをいただきました。
浜鶏ラーメン 830円
鶏のこっくりとした出汁に特徴的。
温度がぬるいせいか、ちょっとイマイチでしたが、作る人が違うとまた違うようです。
お土産にもなっているので、富岡町に行かれたら是非お試しください。
