ど	どーもです。 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 点検費用も安く、店員さんも親切で、変な押し売りも一切ありませんでした。ちゃんとリフトアップした車の下側を一緒に見ながら説明してくださるので、とても安心です。点検してくださった方が外国の方でしたが、とても優しく丁寧で日本語も上手で感心してまいました！(自分だったら言葉も文化も違う異国の地で働くなんて絶対無理だと思ってしまうからです。) 待っている間は綺麗な待合室でフリードリンクを飲みながら待っていられます?? また次も利用したいと思います！ The inspection cost was low, the clerk was kind, and there were no strange sales. Whenever you go, please be kind and polite. If you don't understand, they will explain until you understand. ヒ	ヒロコロネ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話で点検の予約をしていたのに予約が入っていませんでした。店側の手違いだったようですが、こちらに直接予約ではないですよね？とこちらのミスを疑うようなことを聞かれ気分が悪かったです。謝罪にも誠実さが感じられない軽い感じでびっくりしました。その後説明に来た整備士さん、支払いの担当の方は感じの良い方でした。点検はやってもらえましたが、案内のはがきには所要時間30分程度と書かれていたのに1時間半もかかりました。次回は別の店舗にお願いしようと思います。 I had an appointment for inspection over the phone, but I didn't have an appointment.
