友達の納車に付き合っただけなのに、お土産まで頂いて、みなさん親切でここで買いたいと思いました。友達はお値段も結構頑張ってくれたと言っていました。

サービスは良いと思いますが、営業マンがいつも忙しそうで、ゆっくり相談ができない感じです。整備の方は丁寧に説明してくれてとても良いのですが。。次は、違う営業所に変えるかもしれません。。

中古でトヨタ車を購入しスマートキー 増設したく何店舗か電話をして電話対応が良かったこの店舗を利用し始めた。ずっと日産車だったのでトヨタディーラーは初めてだった。店内の雰囲気やサービスはしっかり感がある。サービスマンは忙しいのか殆ど対応してくれない。用が済めばすぐ退店。。車がリコールに近い不具合が発生し調査を依頼したが、数分待ってピットの方が説明に来たが終始上から目線での説明。。あのオヤジ何様なんだろう??実際この店舗で購入した訳ではないがトヨタの看板背負ってる以上は誠意のある対応が必要と思う。1000キロほど走り再調査。やはり無償修理対象の現象が出ているとの事。4日間入院との事。仕事の都合上4日は厳しいので代車を要求したがこの店舗は代車が無いらしい。代車が無いディーラーなんて初めてだ。なんとか3日でできないか相談するもどうしても4日かかるとサービスマン。仕方なく仕事の休暇を取り後日修理日程を決めた。休暇を取った日は出社したい会議が入り日程変更の依頼の電話をしたが却下される。1日目の朝一入庫。代車が無いので1時間かけて歩いて帰宅。4日間車の無い生活と思いきや翌日の昼には完了の電話が入る。ハァ?です。無理くり休暇を強行して4日と言われた修理が1日で完了とかふざけるな!ですよ。この不具合の件に関して最後まで謝罪もなく、やはりこの店舗で購入した客でないと誠意はないんだなと感じた。ガラスはワイパーをかいた跡が残り洗車サービスも無し。ワイパー外しての作業だと思うから動作確認だろうけど。今後は何かあった場合、代車がないと厳しいので他の店舗を検討しようと思う。最後のピットの方(若めの方)の説明はわかりやすく好感が持てたのでほんの少しは報われた。右折退店はダメと言われているがレクサスの客は右折で帰って行った。やっぱり客を見るんだな。
