All of staff are smiling all the way. The rotenboro is quite nice my wife used it twice in the mornings.

The staff at this hotel could not be more friendly and accommodating for. We always had transport willingly available to us from the resort. Most of all the price was great.

The cleanliness of the room was well kept. The staff were friendly and very helpful at all times. On the whole a most satisfactory if somewhat expensive stay.

The best part of staying at this hotel was the restaurant on 1st Floor. The dinner included in the package was delicious. Free wifi worked great in the room. We had a good stay here.

There are fabulous restaurants on the property. We simply loved the hot springs. The hotel room was very spacious. From arrival to departure we were well taken care of.
