伊那谷でもコロナがまた再発しだした時期に｢マスク会食｣｢黙食｣を無視して座敷で昼間から大宴会している地元の中高年男性群。なぜか絶対に宴会席のフスマを閉めない客や店員。狭い店内にて飛沫大拡散。

このコロナ禍、何故か全員がノーマスクの店員達。飲食店に限らず、接客業の方が感染対策をしていない店は初めて見ました。

店主らしき元ヤン風のお兄さん。接客対応は爽やかで好印象でしたが、調理時や配膳時に腕からチラチラ見えるタトゥーが気になって気になって食欲減退です。個人的に、接客業の人間が客から見える位置にタトゥーをしてるのは許容外です。せめて接客中は隠すべきでしょう。バーとか夜の店ならまだ分かるけど、寿司屋だよねここ？

手打蕎麦や海鮮丼は印象以上には美味しかったですが、うどんは完全に日頃から食べ慣れた冷凍のアレです。1玉200g位かな？これをお皿に綺麗に盛り付けて800円とか良い商売ですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ はじめましての入店時、お客が多くて『料理を出すのが遅くなりますがそれでも良ければどうぞ！』と言うわれ入店しました。
宴会もあって確かに料理が出てくるのが遅かったのですが、量的にも味も満足できるものでした。
次回はお蕎麦をいただこうと思います?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食べ歩きパスポート「いいだぁ‼️」を使って500円で親子丼を食べようと思い入店したら、ランチメニューの「手打ち蕎麦とミニ海鮮丼セット」が目に入ったのでそちらを迷わず注文しました。海鮮丼は流石寿司屋らしく新鮮❗日によりネタも変わるようです。蕎麦も自家製で腰もあり美味しくいただきました。若い兄ちゃんが元気に対応してくれます?。
