岡	岡ヒジキ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて駒ヶ根店に入りました。予約システムも何となく分かりました。席に座りテーブル内に色々な物が収納してあるのは良く考えられて居ます。タッチパネルも分かりやすく運ばれてくるベルトシステムは、素晴らしいタッチパネルの右下の今いくら食べたのか合計金額の表示は、有難い。お店のシステムは、本当に考えて作られていて素晴らしいです。麺類もラーメンも蕎麦も小さめの器で手頃で美味しかったです。醤油も色々あり良いですね写真の生シラス軍艦は、鮮度が良すぎるのか跳び跳ねてお皿に溢れてます。マグロの叩きは、お皿を転がった跡があったりイクラ軍艦は、青シソがちぎって入れてありイクラの量も凄い差がありネタは小さく肝心の寿司が雑過ぎて結構笑えるこれはクレームでは無くこの店の特色と捉えて楽しいいかにもバイトさんがイヤイヤ働いているのが分かる位のお寿司でこれはこれで面白いこれだけ良いお店なのに店員の教育とお寿司を作る真心とあとはほんの一手間なんだけどな I entered the Komagane store for the first time.
