肉汁が溢れ出すジューシーなハンバーグは、コクのあるソースと相性抜群で最高でした。カニクリームコロッケも濃厚で、とても美味しかったです。
店員さんもとても感じが良く、是非また訪れたいと思いました。

専用駐車場はないけど、隣にコインパーキングがあるので車でも問題なし。
ランチをいただきましたが、とても美味しかったです！
??いいところ
・コインパーキングが隣にあるので駐車場問題はなし
・カニクリームコロッケはカニの風味がすごく出てて美味しかった
・ハンバーグは香ばしさと少し苦味があって大人の味。
・先に出てくるスープもとても丁寧に作られたお味ですごく美味しかった
・ランチも予約できるところがありがたい
??もうすこしなところ
・んー他のお店と比較して思い出せる味でないところが少し残念
→でもまた行きたくなる

この日伺ったのは尾頭橋付近にある洋食屋さん、キッチン櫻庭さん♪
注文したのは9種類あるランチメニューから、お目当てのハンバーグデミグラスソース カニクリームコロッケ盛り合わせ1410円?♂️
暫し待ちコーンスープ、サラダ、そしてハンバーグとカニクリームコロッケのプレート到着?
ハンバーグは肉汁ブシャー系ではありませんが、しっとり柔らかなハンバーグで、ほのかな苦味のあるデミグラスソースは僅かに塩味が強く感じますが、これは個人的な問題で、気になるレベルでは無くご飯が進みます?
そして1番の目玉カニクリームコロッケは箸で割ると崩れてしまうくらい衣は薄く、ベシャメルソースはトロッとクリーミー??
これだけベシャメルソースが柔らかで衣が薄いという事は、ベシャメルソースを1度冷してから衣を付けて揚げる、手間暇を惜しまず調理されているのが感じられますね?
ご飯が大盛、お代わり無料なんてのも有難いです?♂️

I ordered 9 kinds of lunch menu, hamburger demiglace sauce crab cream croquette platter 1410 yen ?♂️
Waiting for a while Corn soup, salad, and hamburger and crab cream croquette plate arrived ?
The hamburger is not a gravy steak, but it is a moist and soft hamburger, and the demiglace sauce with a slight bitterness feels slightly salty, but this is a personal problem and the rice goes on rather than the level you care about ?
And the first featured crab cream croquette is thin enough to crumble when broken with chopsticks, and the bechamel sauce is trolley and creamy ??
The fact that the bechamel sauce is so soft and the batter is thin means that you can feel that the bechamel sauce is cooked without any hassle by cooling it once and then putting it on and frying it.

ハンバーグがオススメな雰囲気でしたが、ここはあえての「ポークカツレツ」で。
大人の風味のデミグラスソースと、分厚いロース肉がとても美味しく、大満足でした。
それと、ポタージュスープも美味しかったです。

ハンバーグもみっちりしていておいしいです。
カニクリームコロッケのタルタルソースが手作り(-ω- ?)で合格です(笑)ちょうどよい満腹感でした。

オーダー毎に作ればまぁこんなもの
肉汁に惑わされがちだけど
ハンバーグはスパイスが強過ぎる
それでいて肉の旨味は弱い
カニコロはえらいドライな味わい
本格的と言えばそうかもだけどなんか味決まってない印象
サラダ、スープも付いてお値段は良心的。
ですが再訪はしないかな
