苅	苅谷衛 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 知人に紹介されて初めて１月の中旬に伺いました。２時近くだったので、クローズの看板が出ていましたが、おもいきって、ドアを開けてまだ大丈夫か聞いてみたら、一度火を落としたので揚げ物は少し時間をいただきますが、いいですと快く入れていただきました。古民家風のお店だと聞いていたけれど、外観は普通の住宅かと間違いそうな佇まいに私は感じましたが、中に入ると、確かに、古民家風だと頷けると思いました。床はフローリングと言うよりも落ち着いた板張りで、薪ストーブが奥にあったり、入り口の左側には、座敷もありました。コーヒーや麦茶などはセルフサービスでお代わりが出来るようです。私は豚とんから御膳を連れは金華鯖御膳を注文しいただきました。金華鯖は大きいけれど脂が乗っていて美味しかったです。豚の天ぷらは昔、つくば市の飯島屋さんという中華屋さんでいただいて以来だったので懐かしい一品でした、飯島屋さんのは熱々の甘酢あんが小皿に乗っていてそれに豚天をつけて食べたけれど、アウルさんの豚天はキャベツの千切りにのっていて一緒にキャベツと食べるようになっているのが違いますね。薬味ダレに絡めて一味唐辛子を豚天にかけていたただくと美味しいと私は感じました。奥様がシェフで、快く入れてくれたご主人がホールを担当されていると聞きました。又、是非とも食べに寄りたいと思います。 I visited in mid-January for the first time after being introduced by an acquaintance. It seems that coffee and barley tea can be replaced by self-service. I ordered the Kinka mackerel set with the pork tongue. Kinka mackerel was big, but it was delicious with fat on it. The pork tempura was a nostalgic dish since I had it at a Chinese restaurant called Iijimaya in Tsukuba City a long time ago. I ate hot sweet and sour sauce on a small plate with pork heaven, but the difference is that Owl's pork heaven is on shredded cabbage and eats with cabbage together. Entangled with condiments and spices I felt that it was delicious when I put it on the pork heaven. I heard that his wife is a chef and his husband, who was willing to enter, is in charge of the hall. Also, I definitely want to stop by to eat.

Mikke! ️ A private house type shop run by a young couple. The menu is also diverse and I'm curious. The first time is conger eel tendon. The second time is Kinka mackerel set and seasonal parfait.
